"I had to get a refund..."
I had to get a refund for a billing mix-up, and it was painless. I messaged support and they got back to me in about an hour, which was a nice surprise.

The money showed up again in 4 days. I remember because I was eating a weirdly burnt bagel when the refund email came through. I was nervous it would turn into a whole thing, but it really didn’t. Good refund experience overall

"Easy cash pickup when my mom needed help"
I used transfast because my mom needed cash in hand, not a bank deposit. It felt like the right thing to do to get her help quickly, and the cash pickup spot was close enough to her that she didn’t have to go through a lot of trouble.
I also appreciated being able to check the pickup locations before I sent the money. When you’re sending money to family, you want to feel like you’re doing it responsibly, and that gave me peace of mind. The whole thing went smoothly, and I’d use it again.

"Account hold was frustrating, but it got sorted"
My account got put on hold right after I tried to send money, it stressed me out at first. They asked me for some extra information, and the whole thing took longer than I was hoping. That said, support did get back to me, checked my details, and reactivated my account. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but the transfer did go through in the end. Personally, I’d still give it 4 stars because they fixed the issue, even if it was a bit annoying...

I tried Transfast mostly because of the promo offer, it went smoothly. I was going to say the referral bonus was a nice surprise, actually, it was more like a nice little extra since it got credited without much hassle. I’ve been using the app and overall it’s easy to figure out. It works well for what I need, and the layout is simple enough, which I appreciate when I’m feeling pressured or trying to get something done quickly. I’ve used Transfast a few times now to send money to my family, and compared to some other transfer apps I’ve tried, I really like that the fee and exchange rate are shown clearly before I confirm anything.

The rate isn’t always the very best if you shop around, but at least I know what I’m getting before I hit send. What showed at checkout matched what I expected, which gave me some peace of mind.

I’d probably give it 5 stars if the rates were a little more competitive sometimes, but overall it’s been straightforward and easy to use.
